Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and they do not pass through our servers.
Payments appear on your bank statement as CINEFRANCE. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please call us before contacting your bank — we can identify a transaction in minutes.
Waste electrical equipment
Electrical goods should not be thrown away with household waste. When you buy a new item from us, you can return a similar old one for free recycling. Contact us and we will explain how.
