We never see your card
Payment details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and never pass through our servers. We do not know your card number, its expiry date or its security code. We receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Who receives your data
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention, under its own privacy policy.
- Our carrier — name, address and telephone number, solely to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider — for the technical operation of this website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years, in line with UK accounting record-keeping requirements.
- Customer service correspondence: 3 years after the last contact.
- Warranty-related data: for the duration of the applicable warranty and statutory remedy period.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. We therefore do not confront you with a consent banner.
Strictly necessary cookies may be set by Stripe during payment. These are exempt from consent because they are essential to the service you have asked for.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form.
To exercise any of these, email contact@cinefrance-boutique.fr. We respond within one month. Some data cannot be deleted before its statutory retention period ends, particularly accounting records.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Payments are handled by a PCI DSS certified provider. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to prepare and track shipments.
