Description
The Aurea P300 projects a true 1920x1080 image with no upscaling trickery. It will also accept a 4K signal on its inputs, which it then downscales to 1080p for display. The picture stays sharp, but this is not a 4K projector and we will not describe it as one.
At 300 ANSI lumens, this projector is designed for a darkened or well-curtained room. In daylight with the curtains open, the image will look washed out. If your living room is bright during the day, a television will serve you better.
Focus is manual, via a side wheel. Keystone correction is digital on the vertical axis only, from -15 to +15 degrees. Allow roughly 2.8 metres of throw distance for a 100-inch diagonal image.
